1. Confidentiality. You agree that the Walkthrough document and its contents (including screenshots, workflows, architecture descriptions, and any data displayed within) constitute Confidential Information of Vault Hire Limited ("Vault Hire").
2. Permitted use. You may use the Confidential Information solely to evaluate a potential or existing commercial relationship with Vault Hire. You will not reproduce, redistribute, post, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise disclose any part of the Walkthrough to any third party without Vault Hire's prior written consent.
3. Reverse engineering. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive trade secrets from the Walkthrough.
4. Term. Your obligations under this NDA continue for three (3) years from the date you accept it, or until the relevant information becomes public through no fault of yours.
5. Audit. You acknowledge that Vault Hire records the time, date, IP address, organisation, and identity of every viewer of the Walkthrough.
6. Governing law. This NDA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
